For more than 26 years, I've worked alongside business owners helping them grow profitable, sustainable businesses without sacrificing themselves in the process. I've supported over 1,000 founders and franchisees and understand the realities of business ownership from every angle.

I've run three franchise businesses of my own, spent 17 years developing franchise owners within national networks, and sat at head office level overseeing 849 franchise groups. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and what keeps business owners stuck for far longer than they need to be.
