By using this website, purchasing services, or downloading digital products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before using this site or working with me.
1. About Me
Michelle Reade Coaching (“I”, “me”, “my”) provides business coaching, group programmes, courses, and digital products to clients worldwide. I am based in the UK and operate under the UK law.
2. Use of This Website
- The content on this site is for your personal use only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of this website or its content without written permission.
- You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in any way that may damage its reputation.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through my website, coaching programmes, courses, or digital downloads (including texts, PDFs, videos, and audio files) are owned by Michelle Reade Coaching. They are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold or reproduced without permission.
4. Purchases and Payments
- Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change.
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
- For coaching packages and group programmes, payment plans may be offered. You agree to complete all payments in the plan.
- Digital products are delivered electronically after payment is received.
5. Membership (Thrive Hive Collective)
What’s Included
- Monthly in-person workshop (2 hours, location in Wimborne, Dorset or surrounding areas)
- Monthly networking event
- Access to private WhatsApp community
- Quarterly celebration events
- Member collaboration directory
- First access to future programmes and retreats
Event dates, locations, and topics are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payment Terms
- Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual recurring basis:
- Monthly: £47/month (or £37/month for Founding Members)
- Annual: £470/year (or £370/year for Founding Members)
- Founding Members (first 30 members who joined before 20 January 2026) receive a locked-in rate of £37/month or £370/year — rate will not increase as long as membership remains active and in good standing.
- Standard membership rates may increase with 60 days’ notice to members.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your membership at any time via your member portal.
- Cancellations require 30 days’ notice. You will continue to have access to the community and events until the end of your billing period.
- No refunds are given for partial months or unused events, except as outlined below.
Refund Policy
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new members: If you attend your first event (excluding the launch party) and decide Thrive Hive Collective is not for you, contact me within 30 days of joining for a full refund.
- After 30 days, no refunds are provided.
- If you are on a payment plan and cancel, you are responsible for completing all payments already committed.
6. Member Conduct
Members are expected to:
- Treat other members with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality — what’s shared in the community stays in the community.
- Provide at least 48 hours’ notice if unable to attend an RSVP-ed event.
- Refrain from unsolicited selling or spamming within the WhatsApp group or at events.
- Respect the privacy and boundaries of other members.
Violation of these standards may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
7. Intellectual Property (Membership)
All workshop content, materials, and resources provided through Thrive Hive Collective are proprietary to Michelle Reade Coaching. Members may not record, reproduce or redistribute this content without written permission. Members retain ownership of their own business information and contributions shared within the community.
8. Limitation of Liability
Thrive Hive Collective provides community, networking opportunities, and educational workshops. I do not guarantee business results, income, clients acquisition, or specific outcomes.
I am not responsible for:
- Business outcomes or financial results.
- Advice, recommendations, or interactions between members.
- Personal disputes between members.
- Cancelled or rescheduled events due to circumstances beyond my control (including but not limited to venue availability, illness, weather, or force majeure).
9. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is a partnership designed to support your personal and professional development.
Coaching does not replace therapy, counselling, financial advice, legal advice, or medical treatment.
You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with my Privacy Policy. I will never sell or share your data without consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
