I've sat in every seat.
I've spent 26 years in business and leadership, including 17 years in franchising, and I've supported over 1,000 business owners to grow businesses they're proud of.
I built my first business on an army base in Germany, rebuilt it with every posting, then went on to build and run three successful franchises in Wales from scratch. At Slimming World, I supported more than 850 business owners and over 50 leaders.
I'm a UK StartUp Awards Finalist 2026, a board director of the Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce, and the founder of The Connection.
